This G9881 80 litre gas bratt pan from Falcon is ideal for larger sized commercial kitchens looking to produce bulk quantities of food, with a wide usable temperature range from 100 - 290°C. This model comes as standard on a natural gas connection and comes supplied with conversion kit, as it can be used on propane or butane gas. This model features an integrated water faucet for ease of filling and cleaning and constructed from 304 grade stainless steel along with a duplex steel pan base for added longevity, enabling you to decant food precisely and hassle-free by a front-mounted handle below the pan. The counter-balanced lid enables incremental opening, which helps retain heat in the pan whilst monitoring cooking progress. Other features include piezo ignition for easy and trouble-free lighting, precise temperature control and is supplied on adjustable feet, with castors available as an optional extra.

The Firex Easybratt BR8G080I gas bratt pan delivers highly flexible and effective cooking performance, allowing you to braise, shallow fry or boil bulk quantities at time. This makes it perfect to meets the daily cooking needs of small and medium-sized restaurants, catering services and centralised cooking centres such as canteens, communities, schools and hospitals. An easy manual tilting mechanism allows for simple cleaning and dispensing into transport vessels, with the main burner shutting down during tank tilting.
