  • The HS5 from Falcon is a five well servery counter with gantry and hot cupboard. It's ideal for busy servery areas in restaurants, cafeterias and canteens.

    Separating panels between each well help to prevent cross contamination and each dry well is heated with independent elements and can accommodate 1/1 gn compatible trays up to 150mm deep

    Reversible sliding doors provide access to a thermostatically controlled hot cupboard.

  • The HS4 from Falcon is a four well servery counter with gantry and hot cupboard, ideal for catering environments including restaurants, cafeterias, canteens or hotels who offer hot food to customers. The servery counter well control is pre-set to 88°C and separators help to prevent cross contamination. Each of the four dry wells is heated by independent elements and can accommodate 1/1 GN compatible trays up to 150mm deep. The gantry is fitted with grid protected quartz lamps. Reversible sliding doors provides access to a thermostatically controlled hot cupboard inside the servery counter, ideal for holding plates or for keeping food war.

    The Ergo Line Combo Active Cooling and Hot, has two cabinets stacked on top of each other, one for active cooling and one for the hot holding of food. Ergonomic push / pull handles on the back of the box ensure it can be moved safely 

    The hot holding cabinet is heated statically up to +90 degree C, with convection heating offered as an option. The cabinet for active cooling can be preset to +3 degrees C and compressor-based cooling is offered as an option.

    Detachable racks allow for easy cleaning while integrated air gaps between the racks generate free air circulation inside the box for an even temperature distribution.

    This thermostatically controlled hot cupboard can hold up to 72 (9"" plates) plated meals. The internal sectionalised shelf allows you to split up your plates into different category's to make it easier for serving.

    The flat top is reinforced with a heavy duty box section chassis meaning it can ber used as additional kitchen work space, while removable doors and lockable castors mean that this unit can easily be pulled out and wiped down for cleaning.
